Organics are dead - Long live the local!

Organics are a bourgeois gimmick that do very little to truly impact carbon emissions. Why? Because you are still buying from Papua New Guinea or someplace equally as remote. The carbon footprint is the true marker of a positive green scene. Tell us how local growing, back yard farming and your friendly farmer are the only way to say "save the planet, bitchez."
